Alison Evenden was admitted to legal practice in
1986 in England before migrating to Adelaide in 1988 when she joined a
large city law firm in their Commercial division specialising in all
areas of commercial law and estate planning and administration. In 1993
she commenced her own legal practice which grew over 19 years to be a
well-known and respected suburban firm of Evenden & Associates
specialising in advice to small business, property and conveyancing
together with wills powers of attorney and estate planning and
administration.
Alison was delighted to merge her practice with
that of Adelta Legal in March 2011 where she will continue to offer the
same high level of service to clients in all commercial fields of
practice.
Alison is also the Chair of the North Eastern
Development Agency and Course Co-Ordinator in Property of the Graduate
Diploma of Legal Practice. She is keen to educate and inform the public
on legal issues and is involved in many community talks and information
sessions on an annual basis in all areas of wills and estate planning.
