Michael Davis has 33 years experience in
legal practice. During his career Michael has gained wide
experience in the areas of commercial law
(including company structuring and fund-raising),
intellectual property, employment law and
litigation.
He was a partner of Ward & Partners
Lawyers from 1977 until December 2001 when that firm merged with
another firm.
Since 1997, using his detailed industry
knowledge, he has focused on solving problems for clients in the
technology sector and in the international space industry.
He is the only Australian lawyer with a
Master of Space Studies degree from the International Space
University in Strasbourg, France.
In his former firm Michael established an information technology practice that was
awarded 'highly recommended' status by the 2001-02 Edition of
Legal Profiles.
