Matilda Redman-Lloyd was admitted to practice in 2015 after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Behavioural Science) in 2014 from the University of Notre Dame Australia in Sydney.
Matilda grew up in Sydney and relocated to Adelaide in November 2014 to take up a position at Alderman Redman as a graduate law clerk. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through College of Law, Adelaide in 2015.
She can assist clients in:
- children’s issues
- parenting orders
- matrimonial and de facto property settlement
- superannuation splitting orders, child support and surrogacy
- Preparation and Drafting of simple Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Estate Administration including grants of probate
Matilda serves on the Law Society of South Australia Women Lawyers Committee and has a passion for gender equality and contemporary legal issues for the LGBTIQ community.
Matilda is married and enjoys travelling, the beach and spending time with her family.
